Here, you can find one off pieces of unique ceramic art that I create out of my lovely backyard studio in sunny Pasadena, California. My intention is to delight and inspire with an ever evolving, colorful & eclectic collection.

I invite you to choose from my current collection of rare, experimental ceramics - each piece a singular expression, fired in unique ways to capture the untamed beauty of the universe. Right now I am particularly obsessed with the most amazing in-glaze reduction luster work, and have been deep in development of this technique for the past few years.

I generally release an online collection every 3 to 6 months. As other opportunities to see my work in person come up, I will share on social media and via email.

I also occasionally offer in person workshops, and have a course teaching How to Fire Pottery in a Microwave, and a digital guide book titled ‘Finding Your Voice in Glaze’ available on demand,

Glaze Magic: The Collection is a body of work shaped through years of exploration and an evolving process of testing, layering, combining, and refining glaze chemistry, application and firing styles.

This collection brings together a wide range of techniques, surface qualities, and color combinations to create vibrant, expressive finishes across a variety of forms. It comes from working in flow, setting aside rules and expectations, and following what feels alive and exciting in the moment.

Each piece is individually made… some wheel thrown, some hand built. Forms are never repeated exactly. Each one is allowed to stand on its own, with its own character and surface, and a surface treatment to highlight its character.

Within the collection, you’ll find colorful glazed functional pieces, such as cups, mugs, platters, bowls, spoons, and vases, and sound stones. Also included is a curated selection of extra special in-glaze luster works, such as mugs, vases, platters and incense burners. Each holds its own unique depth, light, and presence.

Together, these pieces reflect the full spectrum of what has been unfolding in my glaze practice.
