Refund Policy

I want you to feel good about everything you get from Nicola Moore Studio. Because my shop includes both digital products and handmade physical pieces, refunds work a little differently for each. Here is how.

Digital guidebook ("Finding Your Voice in Glaze")

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once they have been accessed, all sales of the guidebook are final and non-refundable. If you have any trouble downloading or opening your file, please email me and I will make sure you get it. If something is genuinely not what you expected, reach out within 14 days and I will do my best to help.

Online course ("How to Fire Pottery in a Microwave")

Your course purchase gives you lifetime access to all of the lessons and materials. Because the full course content becomes available to you straight away, course purchases are non-refundable once you have logged in and accessed the lessons. If you have second thoughts before you have started, or if you run into any access problems, email me within 14 days and I will help you sort it out.

Handmade ceramics and physical pieces

Each piece is made by hand and many are one of a kind, so I pack every order with great care. If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I will arrange a replacement or refund. Because these works are individually made, I am not able to accept returns for change of mind, but if something is not right, please tell me. I would always rather make it right than have you disappointed.
