Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is made or finished by hand and packed with great care.

Processing: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 5 business days. You'll get tracking by email once it's on its way.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout by destination and parcel size. Because every piece is different, quotes are estimates and occasionally run higher than the actual cost, especially for larger items, multiple pieces, or international orders. I always refund any overage, so you never pay more than true shipping.

International: Don't see your country at checkout? Send me a message and I'll add it. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Damages: Ceramics are fragile. If anything arrives damaged, email me a photo within 7 days and I'll make it right.
