'Nebula Pearl' Lusterware Bloom Sculpture

Hand built from speckled stoneware, this undulating bloom sculpture is finished with artist-made luster glazes and fired through a complex, multi-stage process. The speckled clay sits underneath, so the piece holds both the earthy texture of the stoneware and the shifting iridescence of the luster above it.

This piece is all flowing glaze, with purple and blue iridescence dancing over the surface. Pure eye candy.

A one-of-a-kind sculptural piece, made to be displayed and lived with.

✨ Note on Lusterware: The shimmering, metallic finish of luster glazes is notoriously difficult to capture in photographs. I’ve done my best to represent each piece faithfully, but part of their magic is how they transform in real life, shifting with the light and offering new surprises from every angle.
