'Tidal Glow' Lusterware Bloom Sculpture

Hand built from speckled stoneware, this undulating bloom sculpture is finished with artist-made luster glazes and fired through a complex, multi-stage process. The speckled clay sits underneath, so the piece holds both the earthy texture of the stoneware and the shifting iridescence of the luster above it.

A lustrous purple shimmer circles the rim, while dark iridescent glaze runs down the curvy form... into a deep teal richness and eye-catching shine.

Included is a small turned wooden stand, so the piece can be angled and faced whichever way you like.

• Bowls and other pieces featuring iridescent metallic lusters are designed for decorative use only and should not come into direct contact with wet or acidic foods. Displaying whole, uncut fruit is perfectly fine.
• Dust gently, or wipe with a soft cloth.

✨ Note on Lusterware: The shimmering, metallic finish of luster glazes is notoriously difficult to capture in photographs. I’ve done my best to represent each piece faithfully, but part of their magic is how they transform in real life, shifting with the light and offering new surprises from every angle.
